Bring your party to Beadworks. We offer party ideas for all ages and
occasions. Pick one, or let us help you design your own. We can
accommodate everything from Beading Birthday Parties to Ladies' Nights
Out. Whatever the occasion, let Beadworks help you play host to a

Reservations for Party Times
Please call 914-437-7666 during store hours to book your Party. Times are limited and must be reserved in advance. A nonrefundable Party
Fee
is required to reserve your date, time and a Beadworks Party Hostess. For groups
with 8 or fewer quests, you may schedule your party during regular store hours.
Larger groups may hold parties before orafter regular store hours only.
Materials Fee
Most parties require an additional Materials Fee for each party guest. This fee is payable when your Party
is over.
Party Food
For parties held when the shop is closed (i.e., outside
of regular store hours), you are welcome to bring in the food,
beverage, decorations and paper goods of your choice. We can also suggest food from one of our
neighboring White Plains restaurants or pizzerias. If your party is scheduled
during regular store hours, food is limited to birthday cake and drinks.
Beadworks Staff Hostess
Each Beadworks party comes with a trained member of our
staff who will offer assistance to your guests.

"Charmed" Beading Birthday Party (kids
7 and
older)

| Your child's Beadworks Birthday Party is a
"charmed" event indeed. A Beadworks Staff Hostess, trained in
the art of jewelry design, will provide friendly instruction to
your young guests. Each child will create a colorful keepsake
charm necklace and a bracelet. These glass seedbead creations are
theirs to take home and enjoy. The Beadworks Birthday Party for Kids features:
- choice of one keepsake charm
- pre-selected assortment of colorful Czech glass seed beads
- Memory Wire for stringing
- Necklace and bracelet-making instruction

Materials Fee ($12.95 per guest)
Parties can be arranged for a minimum of 5 guests. If
you schedule a party during regular store hours, the maximum number of
guests is eight (8). If you rent the store after hours, you can
have a maximum of fifteen (15) guests. [Note that after hours store
rental fee is $100 additional]

Sparkles and Pearls Party (ideal for teens and adults)

and your guests design and make a necklace and earrings. Select
Swarovski crystal beads and delicate freshwater
pearls to create a necklace and a pair of simple earrings.
Sparkles and Pearls includes:
- pre-selected assortment of freshwater pearls
- pre-selected assortment of Swarovski crystal beads
- sterling silver clasp and crimp beads
- sterling silver headpins and ear wires
- SoftFlex for stringing with one end pre-crimped with a clasp
- Use of specialized tools
- Necklace and bracelet-making instruction
- Use of our Party Table

This is a great way to host a Ladies’ Night Out or
other private event. There's no limit to your group's
creativity. Your group can select beads from around our store -
and Beadworks stocks thousands and thousands of possibilities.
No experience necessary! "Rent the Store" parties are only
available after or before our regular business hours and include
2 dedicated Beadworks Staff Hostesses to assist your guests with
bead selection, design and complimentary clasp attachments on
your necklace and bracelet designs.
You are welcome to bring in the food, beverage, decorations
and paper goods of your choice while enjoying your Party at
Beadworks. We can also help you select catered items from one of
our neighboring White Plains restaurants or pizzerias.
